Last updated October 11, 2026 · Governs use of the RadarEats app and radareats.com
By creating an account or using the RadarEats app or radareats.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
RadarEats is a discovery platform that helps people find food trucks, restaurants, breweries, and local food events, and helps food businesses ("vendors") get discovered by nearby customers. RadarEats does not prepare, sell, deliver, or take payment for food. We're not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor — any purchase you make happens directly with that vendor, under their own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you're under 18. Vendor accounts must be created by someone authorized to act on behalf of the business being listed.
Customer accounts are free. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
Vendor accounts require an active monthly subscription, billed through Stripe: $20/month for stationary businesses (restaurants, breweries, and cafés/bakeries/delis) and $30/month for mobile vendors (food trucks and festivals/events), which include live location broadcasting while open. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing radareatsapp@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
As a vendor, you're solely responsible for the accuracy of everything you post — hours, menu, pricing, location, photos, and live open/closed status. RadarEats doesn't verify vendor-submitted information before it's shown to customers.
You agree not to:
When you upload content to RadarEats — business photos, menu images, descriptions, specials — you retain ownership, but you grant RadarEats a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service for as long as your listing is active, for the purpose of showing it to customers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that vendor-posted hours, status, or information will always be accurate or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadarEats LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including a vendor being closed, unavailable, or different than listed when you arrive.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in the app.
